  • When should I use MedicALL?

    You should choose MedicALL when you want to talk to a doctor by phone about non-emergency health issues. Your doctor will diagnose your symptoms and provide treatment, which may include a prescription.

  • Can I use MedicALL for emergency health situations?

    You should not use MedicALL if you are experiencing a medical emergency. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 191.

  • How do I set up an appointment?

  • Can I get a prescription?

    MedicALL does not guarantee prescriptions. It is up to the doctor to recommend the best treatment. MedicALL doctors do not issue prescriptions for substances and/or certain other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. Also, non-therapeutic drugs such as Viagra and Cialis are not prescribed by MedicALL doctors.

  • Can I request a specific doctor?

    At this time, you cannot request a specific doctor. However, all MedicALL doctors are board-certified and licensed. To become an official MedicALL doctor, they go through our credentialing process and are thoroughly trained on how to provide the best virtual and in-person care experience.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept mobile money transfers.

  • How much does MedicALL services cost?

    The cost of a MedicALL service varies, depending on the type of care and the health plan design.

  • Is MedicALL covered by insurance?

    No. At this time, we do not accept insurance. We offer cost affordable pricing.

  • Who can access MedicALL?

    Anyone over 18 years that resides in Ghana and has internet access. For individuals under 18 years, parental supervision is required.

  • Is my privacy ensured as a patient?

  • Is there a time limit on the visits?

    There is no time limit on virtual visits. However most issues pertaining to general care are resolved in under 30 minutes.

  • Does a MedicALL doctor review my medical history before a visit?

    We will ask you to complete a brief medical history prior to requesting your first visit, similar to filling out forms before a virtual or an in-person doctor visit. You can update your medical history at any time through your profile on medic-all.org. Your medical history is stored on the MedicALL HIPAA-compliant, encrypted central server. Before each visit, the doctor will review your medical history with a specific focus on chronic illnesses, current medications, allergies and any changes in your medical condition.

  • What happens when I make an appointmen?

    • After you have submitted your visit request, you will receive notifications when: • Your visit request is confirmed. • The provider is reviewing your medical history (the provider generally reviews your medical history 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your visit). • The provider is ready to call you. • Your visit is complete, and your treatment plan is ready

  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a visit?

    Log into your account and reschedule your appointment.
